How do I place an order with PrimeGlock?
Our shopping cart can be accessed by the green cart link in the upper-right corner of all PrimeGlock pages. You can put the items you would like to purchase in this cart while you continue to shop. Placing an item in your cart does not obligate you to purchase it. You can delete the item from your cart later. To put an item in your shopping cart, browse our categories or search for an item by typing it into the search bar. When you find an item you would like to purchase, click on “add to cart.” Once your cart contains all of the products you would like to purchase, click on the “View Cart & Checkout” button to finish your order.
How Long Does It Normally take to Receive my Order?
Processing times prior to shipment of firearm orders are normally one to three business days providing the FFL information for your purchase is provided to us. Non-firearm orders normally process for shipment within one to three business days after we receive your payment. PLEASE NOTE: Processing times are separate from actual shipping times. If we are shipping you a firearm, we MUST have a valid copy of your dealer’s FFL (Federal Firearms License) BEFORE we can ship your gun. PLEASE NOTE: In times of high order volume these processing times may increase.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
The inventory and availability of products on primeglock.com is real-time and reflects what is in stock at the moment. Once a product is out of stock, the “Add to Cart” option will no longer be available.
How do I know that you received my Order?
Once we receive you order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number via the email address you provided for your account. When your order is shipped you will receive another email with your tracking number.
What if I do not Receive Confirmation of my Order via Email?
Please leave us an email via info@Primeglock.com to reach a PrimeGlock associate. We would be happy to send you another copy and/or confirm your order and email address.
How can I track my Shipment?
To track your shipment, open your email containing the tracking number. Click on the link to track you order.
Which payment methods do you Accept
We accept Bitcoin, Venmo, Apple Pay and Zelle
Why cant I use PayPal
We do not accept PayPal as a method of payment, due to PayPal’s policy restricting firearm-related transactions.
Is there a Warranty on products that I Purchase?
PrimeGlock products are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend that you check with the manufacturer to understand their warranty policy.
Do you require a Special License to Place an Order?
No, we do not require a special license to purchase. There are restrictions on some of our products and we do ask that you are aware of your local and state laws prior to placing your order with us.
How long do items stay in my Wishlist?
Any item you place in your Wishlist will be there for 6 months. After six months, the item will not appear in your Wishlist.
What if a product description is Incorrect?
As with most technology there are times when errors occur and PrimeGlock does not guarantee that product titles, descriptions, or photos are 100% accurate. If you have a concern regarding a specific item please contact us prior to purchase. PrimeGlock reserves the right to correct any errors on our website that are discovered.
Can I return a firearm?
While the firearm is still in the possession of your dealer, please inspect the firearm thoroughly to ensure that there are no visible defects. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, please contact us before picking up the firearm from your dealer. We can arrange to have it returned to us, and upon delivery and careful inspection of the firearm, we will provide you with your choice of either a replacement, if available, or a refund of the firearm. Return shipping costs and/or restocking fees may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return. Firearms returned due to a background check denial will incur additional return fees up to $50 per firearm.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once it has been delivered back to us (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
